Ingredients:
4 turnips, trimmed and peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
Directions:
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut turnips into 2 in by 1/2 inch sticks.
- Place on foil lined jellyroll pan.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and chili powder.
- Toss with your hands to coat.
- Spread out in single layer.
- Roast fries 30 mins, turning halfway through cooking time for even browning.
- Serve immediately.
