Mustard-baked Fish Fillets
Ingredients:
2 pounds white fish fillets, skin removed
1 egg white
1/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Arrange fish fillets in a lightly greased baking dish and set aside.
- Beat egg white until stiff.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Cover fish with egg white mix.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve Hot!
