Cream Cheese Cinnamon Muffins

CREAM CHEESE CINNAMON MUFFINS
Ingredients:
 
1 pack cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour 
1 cup Carbalose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sugar free syrup, vanilla flavor
1 cup granular Splenda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 teaspoons granular Splenda 
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 
Directions:
 
  1. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Beat in the eggs.
  3. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the topping.
  4. Fill 12 greased muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 350º 25-30 minutes.
  6. Mix the 2 teaspoons granular Splenda and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
  7. While the muffins are hot from the oven, brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with the Splenda-cinnamon mixture.
