Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or ¾ tsp dried dill
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp seasoned salt, sea salt or salt free seasoning to
taste
1 med green onion, thinly sliced
1 pound chicken breast, skinned, boned and cut into 4 pieces
Directions:
- Heat butter, dill, lemon juice, salt, and green onion in lg skillet over medium-low heat.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add chicken to butter mixture in skillet, cover and cook 10 minutes, basting occasionally with butter mixture in skillet.
- Turn chicken and coo, covered, 10 more minutes.
- Arrange in warm serving dishes.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Enjoy hot.
