Ingredients:
1 can tuna packed in olive oil, lightly drained
¼ cup tightly packed fresh parsley leaves
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Directions:
- In food processor, pulse tuna and parsley until parsley is finely chopped.
- Add butter and lemon juice; process until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve with veggies or crackers.
