Italian Tuna Pate

Italian Tuna Pate
 
 
Ingredients:

1 can tuna packed in olive oil, lightly drained

¼ cup tightly packed fresh parsley leaves

1 stick unsalted butter, softened

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper

 

Directions:

  1. In food processor, pulse tuna and parsley until parsley is finely chopped.
  2. Add butter and lemon juice; process until smooth.
  3. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Serve  with veggies or crackers.
