Ingredients:
3 Cups Sugar
4 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
1 Can Evaporated Milk
4 large Eggs, Beaten
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Coconut Flakes
1 Cup Pecans, Chopped
2 Unbaked Pie Shells
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a medium bowl, melt the butter and set aside.
- Combine sugar and baking cocoa in a large bowl.
- Stir in the evaporated milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla and blend well.
- Stir in coconut and pecans and turn into two unbaked pie shells.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Cool on racks before cuting and enjoying.
