German Chocolate Pie

GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE

Ingredients:
3 Cups Sugar
4 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
1 Can Evaporated Milk
4 large Eggs, Beaten
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Coconut Flakes
1 Cup Pecans, Chopped
2 Unbaked Pie Shells


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt the butter and set aside.
  3. Combine sugar and baking cocoa in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in the evaporated milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla and blend well.
  5. Stir in coconut and pecans and turn into two unbaked pie shells.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Cool on racks before cuting and enjoying.
