Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, chopped
3 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp jerk seasoning
Directions:
- Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat; add onion and sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
- Add peaches and remaining ingredients, and cook, stirring often, 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
