Herb and Wine Baked Fillets

Herb and Wine Baked Fillets
 
Ingredients:
2 pounds white fish fillets
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoons basil, crushed
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup sliced green onions
 
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Arrange fillets in a lightly greased baking dish.
3) Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
4) Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
5) Plate and serve hot.
