Basic Homemade Smoothie

Basic Homemade Smoothie 1/2 Frozen Banana 1/2 cup of Milk 3/4 cup Fresh or Frozen Fruit 1/2 tbsp of Lemon Juice Sweeten to taste Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until it reaches a consistency that you like pour in a glass and enjoy. Makes: 1
